The Zone 3 and 4 Zones for the Mens Masters were held in Virden this past week. It was very challenaging with the weather, but Thursday evening the two representatives to the provincial playdowns were decided.
Terry Hayward and his team, were not able to compete, as 2 members were taking a southern holiday.
Murray Duncan, Jim Lyons, Roy Draper and Grant Wilson did compete though and were a whisper away from gaining one of the berths.
In the end Doug Armour of Souris and Ray Orr from Minnedosa emerged.
Lynda Draper did an excellent job coordinating the event.
This coming Monday, Feb. 16th the Carol Wilson will compete in the Zone 3 Ladies Masters in Virden.
